The short version

This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and how pages are used, in aggregate. It sets cookies (such as _ga) to recognise returning browsers. We use this data only to understand and improve the site — never to identify you personally, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

Essential cookies

Our hosting and content delivery providers (DigitalOcean and Cloudflare) may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies — for example Cloudflare's bot-protection cookie — to keep the site secure and fast. These are essential for the site to work and do not track you across other websites.

Browser storage

The Pitch Room saves your in-progress pitch in your browser's session storage so that closing the room by accident does not lose your answers. This data stays on your device, is cleared when you close the tab, and is only ever sent to us as the pitch you choose to submit.

If this changes

If we add further tools that use cookies, this policy will be updated first and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
